Give Help

We offer a variety of services and community support to help protect victims during crisis. These services are available for all trauma victims in our community. Whatever your needs are, we are here to help you anonymously. Each year, we are able to provide additional services thanks to generous donations from people who care.

Services: Services

Volunteer

Each person at SAFEHOME wants to end violence, which is why we have great expectations of people who wish to get involved. We hope that volunteers benefit as much from their volunteer experience as SAFEHOME benefits from the amazing work volunteers provide the agency.

All prospective volunteers, with the exception of Episodic Volunteers, must complete the following steps:

  • Be at least 16 years of age and have own transportation

  • Commit to a consistent volunteer shift and a minimum of 50 hours over a six month period or longer

  • Fulfill volunteer orientation, in addition to training specific to assigned area

  • Agree to background check and pay $15 to help cover the cost

Woman on Phone

Cell phone Recycling Program

You can help SAFEHOME bring in additional income to support our clients and programs by donating your old smartphones.  We will send the phones in and the company that we work with will send send us a check for the current value of the phone.
If you are interested in assisting SAFEHOME in this effort by leading a smartphone collection drive at your school, church, or within another community group we have resources to help you accomplish this.
